Uber Chic Light-filled, Luxurious Farmhouse, designed consciously to bring the outdoors- indoor, so the occupants can enjoy nature and the views all year round. The sleek minimalistic design and with delicate interior elements highlighting the natural landscape. The windows act as a picture frame capturing snippets of nature. The interior walls have bare minimal accessorization with high-end furniture pieces that don’t compromise on comfort and style.

This apartment is located at Rimal 6, Jumeirah Beach Residence consists of a cluster of eye-catching towers lining Dubai’s popular The Walk Boulevard. The apartment was dark and claustrophobic, with natural light only entering the bedroom as there was a balcony, to make the apartment more spacious and to let in ample natural light. The apartment was gutted completely, redefining the space with new floors, partitions, bathroom and a custom-designed kitchen. An open plan allowed to, optimize the floor space and created multifunctional spaces. The apartments itself is modern and spacious, with huge glass windows allowing for amazing views out to sea. The design creates a space that has global appeal while remaining true to context, with excellent finishes and stunning views over the skyline of JBR. 

A two-bedroom show apartment for a luxury residential development at Marina Promenade, Dubai. The design creates a space that has global appeal while remaining true to context. A neutral palette is accentuated with pops of colour and custom contemporary pieces. The design language was inspired by cool, chic Miami-style living – sophisticated and clean with a contemporary touch. Lightweight architecture and spaciousness are carried throughout the design, from the exterior focus on wide-open balconies to the airy and sleek interior. The scope of work was interior finishes and sourcing of furniture pieces, art and soft furnishings.
