This apartment is located at Rimal 6, Jumeirah Beach Residence consists of a cluster of eye-catching towers lining Dubai’s popular The Walk Boulevard. The apartment was dark and claustrophobic, with natural light only entering the bedroom as there was a balcony, to make the apartment more spacious and to let in ample natural light. The apartment was gutted completely, redefining the space with new floors, partitions, bathroom and a custom-designed kitchen. An open plan allowed to, optimize the floor space and created multifunctional spaces. The apartments itself is modern and spacious, with huge glass windows allowing for amazing views out to sea. The design creates a space that has global appeal while remaining true to context, with excellent finishes and stunning views over the skyline of JBR.
